The Farm House will only be rented out to 1 group at a time, (children under age 12 stay free). To reserve the house  a reservation/security deposit of 1 night stay is required and secured by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or check. Full  payment is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel your  reservation your deposit will be refunded if given at least 2 weeks notice after a  $25 cancellation fee. Your security deposit will be refunded at check out time after the house is inspected.

Well behaved pets are allowed if prior arrangements are made at time of reservation. Although there will be an additional $25 per stay fee.

We require absolutely NO SMOKING in the house.

Check in time 3:30 pm. Check out times 11:30 am.
