The Farm House will only be rented out to 1 group at a time, (children under age 12 stay free). To reserve the house  a reservation/security deposit of 1 night stay is required and secured by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or check. Full  payment is due upon arrival. If you need to cancel your  reservation your deposit will be refunded if given at least 2 weeks notice after a  $25 cancellation fee. Your security deposit will be refunded at check out time after the house is inspected.

Pets are allowed ONLY if prior arrangements have been made at time of reservation.

We require absolutely NO SMOKING in the house.

Check in time is between 3:30 pm and 6 pm.  Other times are available if prior arrangements are made.  Check out time is by 11 am.
